Thanks for your interest in being a Guardian home! I am always looking for amazing family homes to work with while my dogs participate in my breeding program!

Please allow 2-3 days for applications to be approved and references to be checked.

If your applications are approved, then the next step is to have a PHONE conversation = STEP 5

Once the phone conversation is complete, we can schedule an IN PERSON VISIT = STEP 6

Once the visit is complete, if both parties agree, we move forward to signing the Guardian Contract, payment, and make arrangements for you to pick up your Guardian Dog.

The Guardian process is LONG for a reason. This is NOT a way to get a Free dog. There is A LOT of factors to consider prior to becoming a Guardian. Guardianship IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. Guardianship IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT OR SERVICE DOG. A Guardian Dog is a WORKING DOG. It’s job is to be a good representative of the breed in looks and temperament and be healthy to safely whelp puppies for my program. A Guardian acts as a CARE TAKER to my breeding dogs until the guardian contract is finished with written approval from me, the breeder/owner.

Not everyone is cut out for guardianship, and that’s okay. If guardianship is not for you, it doesn’t mean you cannot adopt a puppy from me of your own. All of my puppies are sold on a spay/neuter/non-breeding agreement unless otherwise agreed upon.

Boston Terrier: Asher, Male, 4.5 years old $500+tx _{(Already Neutered, Recent Dental Cleaning/Extractions, Vaccinations good until March 2029)}

Asher is a stunning fawn male Boston Terrier who is wanting his forever family! He is looking for a new home who has experience in training an adult dog with resource-guarding and nipping tendencies (which have been proven to be able to be kept in check with appropriate training). Asher listens and corrects well and gives lots of warnings if he feels uncomfortable. He will do best in a home by himself or with another low-key dog, no small children who disregard boundaries (he is not tolerant of loud obnoxious children who aren’t respectful of his boundaries), and someone committed to patiently and compassionately continuing to train him. Rehoming fee of $575 (negotiable as long as it’s the right home because that doesn’t even come close to covering his recent neuter, vaccines, and dental work).

Shar Pei: Quinn, Female, 2 years old $500+tx + cost of spay

Quinn is a beautiful, energetic girl who is always ready to play! She is supercharged with energy and therefore would make an excellent exercise companion and you wouldn’t need to worry about running alone at night with her; she is a guardian at heart. She would love another dog to play with as long as they are not alpha. She is true Shar Pei in every way! Quinn was the most wonderful mother to her puppies! She is quite impressive as a mom and therefore is also being offered INTACT as a breeding dog as well. More information about this on our Miniature Shar Pei page!

Shar Pei: Tigger, Male, 2 years old $500+tx + cost of neuter

Tigger loves to run and play fetch! True to Shar Pei character, he is selective about who he feels comfortable with and will be slow to get to know, but once the barrier is broken, he’s loyal and loving all day long! The biggest hurdle will be getting him to choose you, and when he does, you’ll have a loyal, intelligent friend for life!
